Piatto (Italian, 1299 Hollis), visited May 1. The fine folks at Piatto keep coming up with cool burger concepts for the Burger Bash. This time, an arancini (stuffed rice ball) smashed on top of a burger on their pizza dough bun. It was a fun and tasty idea and had great flavours, but it was quite messy and the bun was kinda tough. We added a side goat cheese and beet salad which was small, but good. Verdict: 4/5 (80%) chance of returning.
