Smyrna Restaurant (Mediterranean, 1569 Dresden), visited May 1. We’d never heard of Smyrna, but Burger Bash provided us with a great introduction. M said it best when she called the Smyrna Burger a “huge-ass hamburger,” and we could taste the quality. It was generously covered with halloumi – an idea we’d never considered before, but now can’t stop thinking about. The fries came with a tasty garlic sauce, too. We added on an order of Kopanisti, which was a bit chunky but there was a TON of feta in there. All in all, we were impressed, and we will be back! Verdict: 4.5/5 (90%) chance of returning.
