Bistro East (Bistro, 274 St George, Annapolis Royal), visited August 8. We enjoyed a good Caesar salad, followed by an inspired Hawaiian pizza – including red & green peppers AND bacon accompanying the traditional smoked ham and pineapple. The crust was soft but not overly doughy, and the sauce was pleasantly sweet. A charming spot with great service. Verdict: 5/5 (100%) chance of returning.

Full Disclosure: One of us is related to someone who works there, but they didn't know we were there and they probably couldn't pick us out of a police lineup, anyway. We promise, this is an honest account of our experience!
